Everything is better dipped in chocolate! Especially fruit or berries… That’s why chocolate covered strawberries are a favorite dessert everywhere.

Let’s be honest, you will most definitely find a LOT of chocolate recipes here on my blog. This girl just can’t get enough chocolate. My love for chocolate everything is a well-known fact about me.

Chocolate covered strawberries make an easy sweet snack. Perfect for a gift to a dear friend or loved one, or gift them to yourself. You deserve it! πŸ˜‰

Wash your berries! πŸ“ And wash your hands! Just wash everything! 🧼

I used dark chocolate chips as well as white and red candy melts! OH! …and sprinkles! 🎊

In small ramekin bowls, I used a microwave at 50% power to melt my chocolate! Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each microwave session. Keep a good eye on your chocolate. Chocolate burns very easily… and nothing… NOTHING… is worse than burnt chocolate. 😩

When dipping the berries, slowly swirl the berry as you bring it up out of the chocolate. Drizzle with chocolate and decorate with sprinkles to your own personal liking. Place the dipped berries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow the chocolate to set at room temperature.

Enjoy!
